Co-ordination

The report gives an overall Sten and a Learning Sten with colour bands, a performance graph across the round and a short written summary.

How to read a report

  • Each module reports a Sten from 1 to 10 with one of five bands: Low, Below Average, Average, Above Average and High Excellent.
  • The bands are fixed score ranges set by AviMetric. They show where a result sits on the scale, not how a candidate ranks against others.
  • The version 2 scale for Co-ordination and MATS is provisional and will be calibrated as real results build up.
  • A report is an aid to your selection process. It is not a certification or a guarantee of future performance.

Questions

Are these real candidates?

No. The candidate, the school and every score are invented. The reports were produced by the same code that writes real ones.

Can reports carry our name and logo?

Yes. A report for a school's candidate opens with a cover sheet showing the school's name and logo, the candidate's name and ID and the date. The samples show that cover sheet with an invented school and no logo.

Where is the full report?

Each PDF below is the whole report. The pictures show two pages from it.

Does AviMetric decide who passes?

No. AviMetric reports a Sten score and a band. Your selection team makes every decision.
